Visa Global · Legal Information
The terms that apply when you use the Visa Global website or engage our visa assistance services.
Last updated: 12 October 2026
These terms explain the conditions for using the Visa Global website and requesting services from us. By using the website, you agree to comply with these terms. Separate service agreements or written confirmations may apply when you purchase or engage a particular service. If a conflict arises, the applicable agreement and mandatory legal rights will need to be considered.
Visa Global provides visa-related guidance and assistance that may include application support, document checking, cover-letter assistance, travel itinerary assistance, appointment guidance and consultations, as agreed with each client.
The precise scope, deliverables, fees and expected timescales for a paid service should be confirmed before the client commits to it.
Visa Global is not a government department, embassy, consulate or visa decision-making authority. We cannot guarantee visa approval, an appointment, a particular processing time or a successful outcome. Decisions are made by the relevant authorities under their own rules and procedures.
You agree to:
You remain responsible for the accuracy of your application and for meeting the requirements set by the relevant authority.
Any applicable service fee, payment method and payment deadline should be communicated before a service is purchased. Government application fees, visa-centre fees, courier charges, insurance premiums and other third-party charges are separate from our fees unless expressly stated otherwise. We will identify relevant charges and payment terms before you commit to a service.
Cancellation and refund requests are handled in accordance with the applicable service agreement, our Refund Policy and any mandatory consumer rights that apply. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
We may direct clients to official websites, visa application centres, insurers, travel providers or other third parties. Those parties operate independently and may apply their own fees, conditions and privacy practices. Unless expressly agreed, we do not control their decisions, systems, availability or processing times.
We aim to provide useful and accurate information, but immigration and visa requirements can change without notice. Website content is general information and should not be treated as a guarantee that a particular application meets current requirements. Always verify important requirements with the relevant official authority before applying or travelling.
You must not use the website to:
Unless stated otherwise, website text, branding, graphics and original materials are owned by or licensed to the relevant rights holder. You may use website content for personal, informational purposes but must not reproduce or commercially exploit it without appropriate permission, except where permitted by law.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law, including applicable consumer rights. Subject to those restrictions, we are not responsible for independent decisions by visa authorities, changes to government requirements or delays caused by third parties outside our reasonable control. Any other limitation of liability must be interpreted in accordance with the applicable law and the particular service agreement.
Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. Please review it before submitting personal information through our website.
We may update these terms to reflect changes to our website, services or legal obligations. The revised version will be published here with an updated revision date. Changes to an existing service agreement will be handled in accordance with that agreement and applicable law.
The applicable law and courts will depend on the legal entity operating Visa Global, the relevant agreement and mandatory protections available to the client. The governing-law provision should be finalised once the business's legal status and operating arrangements are confirmed.
